We all know the problem. Holidays are always fine, of course, but the usual hotel accomodation often remains unsatisfactory for SM fans: uncomfortable rooms, thin walls, curious personal, ignorant guests in crowded places, normal dressing code, etc... let us often miss the atmosphere we are used to at home. Our holidays should be our finest and most exciting days of the year: finally we have the time and leisure to open ourselves, to try the new and unusual, and then surroundings and atmosphere are not right...

It doesn't have to be that way!

We have an old farm house on the Italian Riviera, near San Remo, only 30 Km. from the French border in beautiul surruoundings. In front, at a distance of 10 Km, the sea. Behind, at the same distance, the 2000 m peaks of the Alps.

The house is located 500 mt above the sea level, at the end of a private road inmidst an old olive grave of 30.000 sqm, with no curious neighbours around for kilometers!

An ideal place for outdoor activities, foto sessions, fun and games of all kinds, where you can do and dress whatever you like all day long.

The house is in a romantic rural style, do not expect luxury, but it has atmosphere, and is equipped with all necessities as bath, kitchen, running hot and cold water, solar& wind electric power, and a gorgeously located swimming-pool.

The two sleeping rooms have arched ceilings and are nice and cool in summer. There is also a loggia with a wide view and a a living room with fireplace for cozy evenings.

You would have to provide your meals yourself, but this is no problem: our kitchen is fully equipped and the picturesque village (pop 1200, 8 Km away) offers all shopping facilities, a low budget pizzeria, 3 first class restaurants for friends of the italian cuisine, and half a dozen of typical bars.

Apart from private fun the Riviera offers a great variety of things to do and see. San Remo with its Casino and night-life is only1/2 hour away, and one hour of autostrada takes you to Monte Carlo or Nice.
